Eagle Ventures International’s wholly owned Nevada subsidiary has merged with Envirogenex International, Inc.

Envirogenex has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The shareholders of Envirogenex will now receive approximately sixty-one million one hundred and eighty thousand shares of the Company's common stock.

The shareholders of Envirogenex have thus become the controlling shareholders of the Company, which now has approximately seventy-six million shares issued and outstanding.

Envirogenex provides next-generation VoIP services to customers in the consumer and small business markets through its subsidiary, Telextreme, Inc. For the year ending December 2006, Envirogenex had gross annualized revenue of approximately $30 million.

The products and services of the Company are sold through a strong network of approximately thirty-five thousand active distributors outside the United States including Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, and other regions. Within the next six months, the VoIP products of the Company are expected to be available in the United States.

“Having established the market need for our products internationally, we are excited about the investment opportunities we can offer the market by being publicly-held,” said Shelby Langston, chairman / CEO in a statement.

He continued: “We look forward to bringing our knowledge and marketing experience in VoIP to a larger public market. This is going to be very exciting for those who want to be part of the fast growing VoIP industry.”
