IPsmarx (News - Alert) Technology, Inc., a provider of full-featured, turnkey VoIP solutions, offers ways to efficiently deploy, operate, and increase their VoIP business. The company’s clientele range from large enterprises to one-person operations.

Recently the company unveiled its Class 5 Switching Software called the Class 5 Module. The new software offers end-to-end VoIP services to providers, such as, cheap long distance and international service, and low-to-no-cost features, such as, call forwarding, conference calling, and voicemail.

Arash Vahidnia, President and CEO at IPsmarx, commented in a statement, “IPsmarx’ Class 5 Module builds upon our mission to provide ITSPs with a turnkey solution that is modular, scalable and flexible, in turn minimizing the risks for providers entering the market by delivering the necessary security, technical training, support and reliable billing platform to launch and grow a robust VoIP offering.”

The IPsmarx Class 5 Module provides a cost effective way of deployment, operation, and instant return on investment (ROI). Additionally, the module offers customized intelligent billing features to clients, and value-added features to providers, so they can cater any enterprise or residential customer.

Some of the value-added features include:
·          New Admin/User Web Portal
·          Unified Messaging
·          Call Waiting
·          Call Forwarding
·          Three-Way Calling
·          Better Voicemail Facility
·          Follow Me Functionality
·          E-911 Support (optional)
“Now it is easier than ever for service providers to deploy a full-featured enterprise or residential offering that can not only attract new customers, but also retain existing customers looking to make the switch to VoIP,” Vahidnia added.
